Inside the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, in the Ripalte – Capoliveri area, there is the Tenuta delle Ripalte, which has been active since 1896 as an old farm. In this natural oasis, there is our Bike Center with top-of-the-range e-bikes and MTBs. Like all Elba MTB locations, it is open to both insiders and outsiders of the facility.

HISTORY ELBA MTB CAPOLIVERI

Born in 2015, with the name of Costa dei Gabbiani Bike Center, it later became Bike Center Elba and was then incorporated into the world of Elba MTB, which includes Elba MTB Lacona and Elba MTB Portoferraio. All Elba MTB facilities work together to provide the best service.

Elba MTB Capoliveri is inside the magnificent Tenuta delle Ripalte Resort overlooking the sea that extends for over 400 hectares: part of the routes of the Capoliveri Bike Park, which has a maze of dirt roads and paths that extends for about 100km, is right inside the Tenuta delle Ripalte property. This area has been selected as the venue for prestigious competitions, such as the MTB Marathon World Cup and the World Championships, making it a point of reference for mountain bike enthusiasts thanks to the work of the ASD Capoliveri Bike Park. The ideal place to set off on your MTB without ever having to touch the asphalt road, to discover Monte Calamita and the Costa dei Gabbiani.

Elba MTB Capoliveri serves as the Elba MTB experience center: its location in the heart of Monte Calamita, and within a private property (on the Costa dei Gabbiani), makes it one of the most panoramic and suggestive starting points. The services offered range from the guide service for beginners and athletes, with routes ranging from Gravel to XC, to the experiences, much appreciated both at sunset and at night, to MTB courses and finally with a vast assortment regarding the rental of MTBs, e-bikes and Gravel bikes.

Dank der offiziellen Partnerschaft mit Merida Italia und Cannondale, die ihre aktuellen High-End-Modelle anbieten, ist die Vermietungsabteilung gut ausgestattet. Es gibt elektrische und traditionelle (Muscle-)MTBs mit Vollfederung für technisch anspruchsvollere Biker und mit Vorderradfederung für einfachere Touren. Aufgrund der Gegend, die sich gut für Cross Country eignet, finden Sie auch leistungsstarke Hardtail-MTBs.

Elba MTB Capoliveri zeichnet sich durch außergewöhnliche E-Bike-Erlebnisse aus, ideal für alle, die Spaß beim Treten haben und neue Abenteuer erleben möchten. Alle Aktivitäten finden im exklusiven Tenuta delle Ripalte statt. Zu den eindrucksvollsten Veranstaltungen gehört das Night Music Experience: ein nächtlicher Ausflug mit dem E-Bike, der am Strand seinen Höhepunkt findet, wo Sie unter einem Sternenhimmel ein ikonisches Album hören können. Auch an Verkostungen auf der herrlichen Terrasse der Cantina delle Ripalte, nicht weit vom Bike Center entfernt, mangelt es nicht, wo sich die Aromen der Gegend mit der Magie des Ortes vermischen, oder an Bike-Touren bei Sonnenuntergang, einem romantischen Erlebnis Wird von Paaren geschätzt und verwandelt jedes Treten in einen bezaubernden Moment unter dem feurigen Himmel von Elba. Alles immer begleitet von einem unserer Guides: professionell und FCI (Italienischer Radsportverband) zertifiziert.

Our facility is right in the center of the Estate, on the lawn in front of the tennis courts, the restaurant, the bar and the swimming pool, the latter services open to all, therefore also to those who are not guests of the accommodation facility. Come and visit us, even just to ask for information, and understand what paradise we are in and what we can offer you, both for those who go by bike and for those who, if they want, stay and wait… maybe on the beach! There is also an excellent Diving Center (di Michele Bovo) and the La Bosana Equestrian Center, the only one on Elba. The Tennis center is among the most exclusive at an international level thanks to important collaborations such as the Riccardo Piatti Stages which in the past brought a young Jannik Sinner for many years.

From Capoliveri we are easily reachable by bike and also by car, with the possibility of parking and use of the bar for Bike Center customers. By bike from the Bike Park, along paths and dirt roads closed to traffic, you can easily reach the beautiful coves and isolated beaches of the Costa dei Gabbiani and, with a little more effort, the top of Calamita.
