Mountain Bike School: Davide Finetto, Elite athlete and FCI Master, together with the professional staff of Elba MTB, will teach you all the tricks of the trade with ad hoc MTB lessons. In addition, courses are organized with other Enduro and Downhill (DH) professionals.

The courses are both basic and advanced and cover the following topics:

• Neutral position (limbs, gaze, center of gravity);
• Basic bike setup (levers, tire pressure, etc.) and advanced (low/high speeds, compression curves, etc.);
• Behaviors and attitudes during a descent;
• Curve with support;
• Curve without support;
• Steep and changes in slope;
• Being soft and fluid;
• Bunny hop;
• manual / nose press / anticipations;
• Jumping technique: absorbed and pumped.
