We accept PayPal or bank transfer (longer times).

SHIPMENTS

We ship with SDA/Bartolini courier throughout Italy and the islands. Price €5 for standard shipping (no cash on delivery). International shipping (European Union) €15. Free shipping over €50 (only for Italy and islands).

WARRANTY

The products we sell have a regular 2-year warranty. In case of problems, contact our customer service.

RETURNS

In case of missing an item purchased, an alternative solution will be proposed. If the customer does not accept, the full amount will be refunded.

If the customer is not satisfied with the item received, it is possible to return it (within 30 days of receiving it) by writing to our customer service. The shipping costs will be paid by the buyer and the full amount of the item will be returned after 2-3 working days from receiving the return.

LIMITATIONS

We do not accept returns of items that have been visibly used or have missing tags.
